This Privacy Policy ("Policy") forms a part of the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") governing your use of the DreamSetGo Platform, available at https://dreamsetgo.com/terms.
This Privacy Policy relates to your use of the DreamSetGo Platform, which includes all Offerings accessible through the website at www.dreamsetgo.com, mobile applications, and any other online or offline platform through which Offerings are made available to you (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform is operated by Sporta Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), which includes, where applicable, our affiliates, group companies, subsidiaries, and vendors. We are incorporated in India and have our registered office at 7th Floor, Ascent, Sudam Kalu Ahire Marg, Worli Colony, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400030.
Any person ("User" or "you") utilising the Platform or any of the Offerings shall be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.
All capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms.
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, as applicable. It does not require any physical or digital signatures.
Please note that data shared with us shall be primarily processed in India and in such other jurisdictions where a third party engaged by us may process data on our behalf. By agreeing to this Policy, you are providing us with your explicit consent to process your personal information for the purposes defined in this Policy. The data protection regulations in India or such other jurisdictions may differ from those of your country of residence.
If you have concerns regarding the processing of your data and wish to withdraw your consent, you may do so by writing to us at contactus@dreamsetgo.com. However, if such processing is essential for us to provide the relevant Offering to you, we may not be able to serve or confirm your bookings after withdrawal of consent.
For instance, if you book a Sports Package or Holiday involving international travel, certain personal information such as your contact details, gender, dietary preferences, medical conditions requiring specific attention, passport details, or any other information required by Third-Party Providers, hotels, or tour managers at each destination may need to be shared with them to make suitable arrangements for your trip. Such sharing and processing may extend to hotels, local operators, Event Partners, and tour managers involved in the Offering.
A withdrawal of consent may severely inhibit our ability to serve you properly, and we may have to refuse or cancel a booking as a result.
Information We Collect
In order to provide our Offerings to you, we are required to collect and process your personal information. The information we collect about you includes:
- Information you provide to us;
- Information we gather about you when you use the Platform; and
- Information about you we receive from third parties.
You provide information to us when you register on the Platform, set up or update your account, make a booking, communicate with us, or use features on the Platform. This information may include your name, username, date of birth, gender, marital status, religion, profile picture, email address, phone number, postal address, frequent flyer number, and/or Government ID.
You may also provide financial information as required to complete transactions on the Platform. As stated in the Terms, you shall never share your credit/debit card number, CVV, OTP, card expiry date, user IDs, or passwords with any person, including Company representatives.
Other information we may collect includes, but is not limited to:
- Transactional history (other than banking details) about your e-commerce activities and purchasing behaviour on the Platform, including your booking history with us.
- Your usernames, OTPs, and other security-related information used in relation to our Platform.
- Data either created by you or by a third party that you wish to store on our servers, such as image files and documents.
- Data available in the public domain or received from third parties, including social media channels such as your name, email address, friend list, profile pictures, or any other information permitted to be received as per your account settings as part of your account information, including through login partners such as Google, Apple, or Facebook.
- Information pertaining to other travellers for whom you make a booking through your registered account. In such cases, as required under the Terms, you must confirm and represent that each such traveller has agreed to have their information shared with us, our affiliates, group companies, and the relevant Third-Party Providers.
- If you request visa-related services as part of an Offering, copies of your passport, bank statements, completed application forms, photographs, and any other information required by the relevant embassy to process your visa application.
- For Offerings involving international travel, in compliance with the Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS) of the Reserve Bank of India or any other applicable law, your PAN information, passport details, or any other information required by the relevant Third-Party Provider or authorised dealer bank. As stated in Part B of the Terms, we will never share your PAN details without your prior consent, unless required by a law enforcement authority, court order, or legal process or or as required under applicable tax laws.
- For contactless hotel check-in, copies of your government-issued identification (such as Aadhaar, driving licence, or voter ID), a self-declaration, and information such as date of birth, travel origin/destination, and place of residence, as required by the relevant accommodation provider.
- If required for any Offering, your Covid-19 vaccination status and certificate.
- Your Reviews, ratings, and feedback submitted through the Platform in accordance with the Terms.
- Where you have used any AI Features on the Platform, information relating to your interactions with such features.
In certain instances, we may need to collect additional sensitive personal information ("SPI") from you. SPI includes financial personal information. SPI may also include biometric, health, or gender-related information.
We also collect metadata such as your device ID, IP address, browser type, operating system, app version, interaction logs, click paths, location information (when enabled), diagnostics and crash data, cookies, and connection speed information. As noted in the Terms, by using the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies and similar tracking technologies in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We also collect credit-related and fraud-detection information. As stated in the Terms, for cases of fraud detection or offering bookings on credit, the Company may at times verify certain information of its Users, including their credit score, as and when required.
You must be of legal age or above to use our Platform in accordance with the Terms. If we become aware that you are under the legal age or have misrepresented your age, we will take all reasonable measures to delete the personal data collected about you in accordance with applicable law.
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- While Making a Booking: We use your personal information, including your name, contact details, and traveller information available in or linked with your account, to enable you to complete your bookings expeditiously. All payment transactions on the Platform are processed exclusively through third-party payment gateway providers. The Company does not directly collect, store, or retain any cardholder data, including credit or debit card numbers, CVV, or banking details. Such payment information is transmitted directly to and stored by our authorised third-party payment gateway providers in accordance with applicable data security standards, including PCI-DSS compliance requirements. Any payment details such as your cardholder name or saved payment method preferences that are displayed to you at the time of checkout are retrieved directly from the relevant payment gateway provider and are not stored on the Company's servers. Information relating to travellers, event access, hospitality, and experience preferences may be shared with the relevant Event Partners and Third-Party Providers for the purpose of confirming and fulfilling your Offering.
- Service Provision: To provide, operate, and improve our Offerings to you. This includes:
- creating and managing your account and verifying your identity and eligibility to transact on the Platform, in accordance with the Terms;
- conducting KYC verification as required under the Terms;
- confirming reservations with Third-Party Providers and Event Partners;
- processing bookings and sending booking confirmations, vouchers, and updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or any other messaging service, in accordance with the Terms;
- personalising your experience and improving Platform performance;
- developing new Offerings or content experiences; and
- communicating with you about updates, service messages, security alerts, promotions, or recommendations.
We may also contact you on your birthday or anniversary to offer a special gift or promotional offer. Safety and Security: To keep you safe on the Platform. This includes detecting, identifying, preventing, and mitigating fraud or misuse; validating and authenticating your account; ensuring compliance with applicable law; and maintaining the safety and integrity of the Platform. As stated in the Terms, data provided by you and available with the Company may be shared with concerned law enforcement agencies for any lawful or investigation purpose.
For fraud detection and credit-related purposes, as stated in the Terms, we may verify information of Users on a selective basis, including their credit score, as and when required.- Surveys and Feedback: We may invite you to participate in surveys, both online and offline, including to gather feedback on any Offering you have availed. Participation is entirely optional. Information received is typically aggregated and used to improve the Platform and Offerings. We may also hire third parties to contact you for feedback on your recent booking.
- Marketing Promotions and Research: To identify your preferences, develop programmes, and improve user experience. As stated in the Terms, by accepting the Terms, you expressly consent to receiving communications, including promotional messages and advertisements, from us and/or our partners, affiliates, licensors, or associates. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in each communication or by writing to us at contactus@dreamsetgo.com.
- Promotions: For promotions and discount offers launched by the Company from time to time as per the Terms, we may use your personal information to manage your participation. In the event of any abuse or misuse of a promotional offer, the Company reserves the right to cancel the relevant booking in accordance with those Terms.
- Audit and Research: For auditing, research, analysis, performance measurement, product development, and business reporting. We may also use de-identified or aggregated information for these purposes, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
Where available under applicable law, we rely on the following legal bases to process your data: your consent; performance of our contract with you (including the Terms); compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Platform.
How We Share Your Information
We may share your personal information with:
- Third-Party Providers and Event Partners: Your information will be shared with end service providers such as airlines, hotels, sports event organisers, experience providers, cab rental companies, bus service providers, railways, and any other Third-Party Providers or Event Partners who are responsible for fulfilling your Offering. By confirming a booking, you authorise us to share your information with such Third-Party Providers, as further described in the Terms. We do not authorise Third-Party Providers to use your information for any purpose other than fulfilling their part of the Offering. However, how such Third-Party Providers use the shared information is beyond our control, as they process personal information as independent data controllers. You are therefore advised to review the privacy policies of the respective Third-Party Providers whose services you choose to avail.
- Affiliates and Group Entities: We may share your information with our group entities and affiliates so they can help deliver and improve our Offerings, support operations, conduct analytics, or contact you regarding products or services offered by them, or to support our internal functions, compliance requirements, and business operations.
Business Partners and Third-Party Vendors: We may share certain personal information with corporate affiliates or business partners who may contact you to offer products or services that may enhance your experience of the Offerings, including co-branded products, travel insurance, and other complementary services. Where the Company facilitates insurance as part of an Offering under the Terms, your relevant information will be shared with the applicable third-party insurance provider solely for the purpose of providing such insurance coverage. If you avail any such third-party services, they will be governed by the privacy policy of the respective provider.
We may share your personal information with third parties engaged by us to perform certain tasks on our behalf, including but not limited to payment processing, data hosting, and data processing platforms.
We use non-identifiable or aggregated information to build higher quality online services by performing statistical analysis of collective user characteristics and behaviour. We may provide anonymous statistical information to suppliers, advertisers, affiliates, and other current or potential business partners.- Commercial and Marketing Partners: To track and measure user engagement, marketing and promotional activities, or to deliver relevant and personalised advertisements or promoted content to you, in accordance with the Terms. These activities are undertaken in compliance with applicable law and, where possible, we will provide you with an option to opt out of this sharing.
- Payment Service Providers: Where you make a payment through the Platform as per the Terms, your information will be shared with the relevant third-party payment gateway providers, banks, card networks, and UPI service providers for the purpose of processing your transaction. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute as per the Terms, we may share relevant booking and payment information with the applicable financial institution.
- Law Enforcement and Legal Requests: As stated in the Terms, data provided by you may be shared with law enforcement agencies for any lawful or investigation purpose without your consent. We may also share your information when required by law, court order, or government or regulatory request; to protect our rights and those of our partners or Users; to prevent harm or fraud; or to respond to requests from entities that support fraud detection, security, dispute resolution, or compliance functions.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a sale, merger, or transfer of all or part of our business, your information may form part of the transferred assets. We do not sell your personal information, but may be required to transfer it as part of such business arrangements. Where a transfer results in a material change in the use of your personal information, we will provide you with notice and choices regarding the transfer.
How We Transfer Information
We may process and store your information in India or in other countries where we or our service providers operate. In order to do so, we may need to transfer your data across borders, including for the fulfilment of international Sports Packages and Holidays that form part of the Offerings. We ensure that appropriate safeguards and adequate levels of protection are applied to your personal information through such transfers and that they comply with the requirements of applicable data protection laws.
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, as stated in the Terms. A "cookie" is a small text file stored by your browser on your device's hard drive that allows us to recognise you across sessions, personalise your experience, and improve Platform performance. By using the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You may manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie preferences panel on the Platform.
Categories of Cookies We Use
We use the following categories of cookies on the Platform:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take, such as logging in to your account via OTP, completing a booking, or setting your privacy preferences. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information. As these cookies are necessary for the provision of the Offerings, they cannot be disabled.
- Performance Cookies: These cookies allow us to count visits and analyse traffic on the Platform so we can measure and improve its performance. They help us understand which pages and Offerings are visited most frequently, how Users navigate the Platform, and where improvements can be made. All information collected through performance cookies is aggregated and anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies, we will not be able to monitor the performance of our Platform effectively.
- Functional Cookies: These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalisation on the Platform, such as remembering your preferences, previously viewed Offerings, and searches. They may be set by us or by third-party service providers whose features we have integrated into the Platform. If you do not allow these cookies, some or all of these features may not function properly, and your experience of the Platform may be affected.
- Targeting Cookies: These cookies may be set through the Platform by our advertising and marketing partners to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertisements and promotions, both on the Platform and on other websites and applications. They do not directly store personal information but operate by uniquely identifying your browser and device. If you do not allow these cookies, you will continue to see advertisements, but they will be less tailored to your interests and preferences.
Automatic Logging of Session Data
Each time you access the Platform, your session data is automatically logged. Session data may include your IP address, operating system, browser type and version, the activities conducted by you on the Platform, click paths, pages visited, frequency and duration of visits, and the manner in which you connected to the internet. We collect session data because it helps us analyse User choices and browsing patterns, diagnose problems with our servers, and improve our systems and the Offerings available on the Platform. While session data cannot directly identify you personally, it may be possible to determine your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and an approximate geographic location of your point of connectivity through such data.
Third-Party Cookies
Cookies may also be placed on your device by our advertising servers or third-party advertising and analytics companies. Such cookies are used to track the effectiveness of advertising served by us on any website, and to use aggregated statistics about your visits to the Platform in order to display advertisements about Offerings or services that may be of interest to you. All such information collected through third-party cookies is anonymous and does not link your online actions to you personally as a User.
Third-party advertising companies or advertisement providers may also employ pixel tag technology, which is an industry standard used by all major websites, to measure the effectiveness of advertisements. Such anonymous information about your visits to the Platform may be used to provide advertisements about Offerings and services of potential interest to you. No personal information is collected during this process, and the information so collected does not link online actions to a User.
We may also work with third-party analytics providers who use cookies and similar tracking technologies to help us understand usage patterns and improve the Platform.
Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You may manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie preferences panel available on the Platform, where you can choose to accept or decline cookies by category (other than Strictly Necessary Cookies, which cannot be disabled). Most web browsers automatically accept cookies; however, by changing the options on your web browser or using certain software programmes, you can control how and whether cookies will be accepted by your browser. The Company supports your right to block any unwanted internet activity. Please note that it is possible to block cookie activity from certain websites while permitting cookies from websites you trust. However, blocking or disabling certain cookies may disable certain features on the Platform and may hinder an otherwise seamless experience in accessing or completing bookings for certain Offerings.
Advertising
When we present information to our online advertisers to help them understand our audience and the value of advertising on the Platform, it is usually aggregated, anonymised data which may include statistics and data concerning User traffic, User responsiveness, and User behaviour in relation to advertisements on our Platform.
We do not give advertisers information that could directly identify you. We may use an advertising identifier such as a cookie, device identifier, or an encrypted code to show you more relevant and effective advertisements. We may work with advertising, attribution, and measurement partners who assist us in understanding usage patterns and promoting the Offerings.
User Reviews
As set out in the Terms, the Company may invite Users to submit Reviews, ratings, or feedback in respect of any Offering availed through the Platform. By submitting a Review, you grant the Company a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish, reproduce, edit, and use the Review on the Platform and in any promotional or marketing materials. Reviews submitted by Users represent the opinions of those Users and do not constitute the views or endorsement of the Company.
We may use information collected through Reviews to improve our Offerings and User experience. Reviews may be visible on the Platform and may be shared on other travel or related platforms.
User Generated Content
As set out in the Terms, Users are solely responsible for all materials they upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available on the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant the Company and its affiliates, partners, licensors, and associates a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, and publish such User Content for the purposes described in the Terms.
We may use User Content, including photographs, videos, and written reviews, to improve the Platform and to promote the Offerings. User Content that is reported to us as unlawful, objectionable, or in violation of the Terms will be reviewed and may be removed.
AI Features
As described in the Terms, the Company may introduce AI-powered features, tools, or functionalities on the Platform, including AI chatbots, itinerary generators, price estimation tools, recommendation engines, or booking assistance tools (collectively, "AI Features"). Where AI Features are used, the Company may use third-party AI service providers and large language model platforms. By using any AI Feature on the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to your interactions being processed by such third-party providers in accordance with their respective terms of use and privacy policies. The Company will endeavour to identify any such third-party providers in the relevant AI Feature interface. AI Features are provided for informational and convenience purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Links to Third-Party Websites
Our Platform includes links to third-party websites, as described in the Terms. Such websites are governed by their respective privacy policies, which are beyond our control. Once you leave our Platform, the handling of your information is governed by the policies of the third-party site you visit. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such websites. You are advised to review the privacy policy of any third-party website you access through the Platform before providing any personal information.
Disclaimer
Several deceptive emails, websites, and blogs claiming to be from or associated with our Platform may be circulating on the Internet ("Deceptive Communication"). Such Deceptive Communication may include our logo, photos, links, content, or other information, and may falsely claim that you have won a prize or gift, or request login credentials or financial information.
The sources and contents of these Deceptive Communications are in no way associated with us. For your own protection, we strongly recommend not responding to any such Deceptive Communication without verifying its genuineness. As stated in the Terms, we will never ask you to share sensitive information such as your password, OTP, card number, CVV, or financial details in any unsolicited communication. If you encounter any such content, you are requested to report it to the Company at contactus@dreamsetgo.com.
How We Protect Your Information
All payments on the Platform are processed exclusively by third-party payment gateways and service providers. The Company does not directly collect, store, or process your payment card or banking information. As stated in the Terms, by making a payment through the Platform, you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment gateway provider. Such third-party providers are responsible for securing your payment information and transmitting it in an encrypted form in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Company does not assume responsibility for the security practices of third-party payment providers, and you are advised to review their respective privacy policies before completing a transaction.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure transmissions, access controls, periodic security reviews, and restricted internal access controls. All information gathered on our Platform is securely stored within controlled databases protected behind firewalls, with password-protected and strictly limited server access. Only authorised personnel are permitted to access personal data in the course of their work.
However, as stated in the Terms, the Company cannot guarantee that there will never be any security breach of its systems which may have an impact on the information provided by you. We are also unable to guarantee that information you provide will not be intercepted when transmitted to us over the internet.
In the unlikely event of a data security breach, we will follow all applicable laws to notify you and relevant authorities as required.
Retention of Data
Your personal information may be retained and may continue to be used until: (i) the relevant purposes for the use of your personal information described in this Privacy Policy are no longer applicable; and (ii) we are no longer required by applicable law, regulations, contractual obligations, or legitimate business purposes to retain your personal information and the retention of your personal information is not required for the establishment, exercise, or defence of any legal claim.
As stated in the Terms, the Company reserves the right to retain your data for such period as may be required under applicable law or for legitimate business purposes, notwithstanding any termination or deactivation of your account.
Where your personal data is no longer required, we will ensure it is either securely deleted or stored in a way that means it will no longer be used by the business.
Withdrawal of Consent and Permissions
You may withdraw your consent to submit any or all personal information or decline to provide any permissions on our Platform at any time. In such a case, your access to the Platform may be limited, or we may not be able to provide the relevant Offering to you. You may withdraw your consent by writing to us at contactus@dreamsetgo.com.
Rights You Have Over Your Information
As stated in the Terms, Users who wish to deactivate or delete their account may do so by submitting a written request to contactus@dreamsetgo.com. Prior to submitting a request for account deletion, Users are advised to ensure that there are no pending bookings, active travel itineraries, or outstanding refunds associated with their account.
You have certain rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, update, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information; the right to withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent); the right to object to certain types of processing; and the right to request a copy of your data in a portable format. You may also correct your personal information or delete it (except some mandatory fields) from your account directly on the Platform.
We will do our best to respond as soon as reasonably possible, and in any event within one month of receipt of your request (or within any other legally required timeline).
Please note that should you choose not to provide certain information, withdraw permissions, request deletion, or decline certain processing activities, some Offerings or features of the Platform may not be available to you.
As stated in the Terms, any refunds due to you at the time of account deletion shall be processed strictly in accordance with the cancellation policy applicable to the relevant booking. Account deletion shall not create any additional or accelerated refund entitlement beyond what is provided under the applicable cancellation policy.
When You request deletion of Your data, we follow a deletion process that ensures that Your data is safely and completely removed from Our servers or retained only in anonymised or aggregated form. We try to ensure that Our services protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. Because of this, there may be delays between when You request deletion and when copies are deleted from our active and backup systems.
Children's Privacy
As stated in the Terms, if a minor is permitted to use the Platform, the parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound by the Terms in respect of such use and accepts full responsibility for all activities conducted by the minor on the Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without the consent of their parent or legal guardian. In the event we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor without such consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. How to Opt Out of Promotional Communications
As stated in the Terms, by accepting the Terms, you expressly consent to receiving promotional communications from us and/or our partners, affiliates, licensors, or associates. If you do not wish to continue receiving promotional communications, please click on the "unsubscribe" link in each communication or write to us at contactus@dreamsetgo.com, specifying your request for exclusion.

Updates to the Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Platform/Offerings or as required by applicable law. We will notify you through the Platform or other appropriate means, whenever there is a material update to this Policy. Any changes to Our Privacy Policy will be posted on this page, so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, how we store it and under what circumstances we disclose it. You may also review, update or modify your personal information and User preferences in your settings on the Platform.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
By visiting this Platform, you agree that the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, govern this Privacy Policy. In accordance with the Terms, the courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy, and any dispute referred to arbitration shall be governed by the dispute resolution process set out in the Terms.
